YKCX-400B hydraulic metal hose forming machine (U-shaped wave)
- Features:
YKCX-400B hydraulic metal hose forming machine uses emulsion as the drum wave medium. Under the joint action of the hydraulic control system and the fixed-length mold, the welded single-layer or double-layer stainless steel billet is automatically set by the positioning, drum wave, and forming process. The single wave is continuously formed into an annular corrugated tube of corresponding diameter.
YKCX-400B hydraulic metal hose forming machine adopts PLC programmable control mode, and can be controlled manually and automatically.
The system is equipped with a program for hydraulic feeding, automatic feeding of straight side sections, and two high and low waves at each end to change the wave height.
A positioning device for adjusting the opening position of the front and rear molds during drum wave (cylinder control dead block structure) is installed, supplemented by a proximity switch to ensure consistent waveforms.

Under the joint action of the hydraulic control system and the fixed-length mold, the formed bellows are fitted with flange rings to perform single-wave drum wave forming at the end. (The two ends are made by the same process)

(4). YDBCX-400 single wave parallel wave hydraulic forming machine
- Features:
Under the joint action of the hydraulic control system and the fixed-length mold, the equipment forms the wavelet single wave and wave formed on the outside of the flange ring. (The two ends are made by the same process)
The main body of the equipment is a four-post frame structure, and its control system adopts PLC programmable control mode, which can be controlled manually and automatically.
