The main structure
The braiding machine has a numerical control man-machine interface interactive control system and a braiding automatic mechanical structure, which is mainly composed of a braiding machine spindle, a noise reduction shield, an automatic lubrication system, a caterpillar system, a pneumatic system, a cooling and filtering system and other components.
Braiding host
Driven by the frequency conversion motor through the synchronous rotation mechanism, gear transmission, and the sheave mechanism drive the spindle to move in a cross direction according to the designed trajectory to realize the Maypole weaving.
Caterpillar mechanism
The caterpillar mechanism is driven by a drive motor, a gear reduction transmission mechanism, drives a synchronous track, and a rubber block, and the pneumatic clamping is synchronized with the weaving host according to the movement speed designed by the PLC controller to achieve pitch and traction.
Lubrication system
The lubrication system is controlled by a quantitative hydraulic lubrication pump and a single flow valve in the pipeline. At the same time, an oil-free and pressure-free alarm is designed to ensure sufficient lubrication.
Spindle system
The spindles follow certain movement rules to ensure a certain tension of the spindles, and a passive rotation mechanism is designed for the spinning holes of the spindles.
Braid pitch adjustment system
The control of the weaving pitch is calculated by the digital control program to achieve precise pitch control, and the function of automatic parameter correction is designed at the same time.
Host cooling and safety protection
The main engine should be designed with a safety shield to reduce noise, a suction device, and a negative pressure cooling mechanism for dust extraction.
