Automatic Welding Machine for Metal Hose and Fitting
1) Welding type: fixed with welding torch and rotating workpiece;
2) Welding completion: one-time forming i.e. bellow, braid, collar and fitting are welded at one time, or multiple forming i.e. bellow, braid, collar are welded and then welded with fitting after welding is completed;
3) Clamping method: automatic clamping, the three-jaw welding chucks on the market have the defects of poor precision, inability to lock the workpiece, and looseness once welding heat is generated;
4) Welding material: stainless steel bellows (with or without braid), stainless steel fittings, carbon steel fittings;
5) Welding machine configuration: Japan Panasonic pulse argon arc welding machine;
6) Protection configuration: external protection or internal protection (optional);
7) Host configuration: standard arc length tracking system and torch swing system
8) Control system: the use of large screen touch screen man-machine interface, easy programming
9) Wire feeder: automatic wire feeder, with automatic anti-wire drawing function, high precision wire feeding;
