The precipitates block the small holes and the slit valve ports, resulting in many faults such as failure of the pressure valve to regulate the pressure, unstable flow of the flow valve, stuck and non-reversing of the directional valve, elongation and bending of the metal pipeline, and even rupture.
3. The increase of the oil temperature of the hydraulic system will reduce the viscosity of the oil, increase the leakage, and significantly reduce the efficiency of the entire system. 4. If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high, the rubber seals will be deformed, prematurely aged and failed, the service life will be reduced, the sealing performance will be lost, and leakage will cause further heat and temperature rise.
5. If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high, the air separation pressure of the oil will be reduced, the air dissolved in the oil will escape, and cavitation will be generated, resulting in reduced working performance of the hydraulic system.
