A manual or electric pressure test pump is used for pressurization. A pressure gauge with a test pressure range of 1.5 to 4 times or a pressure test instrument of equivalent effect can usually be used for pressure detection. During the test, the hose test piece should be placed straight with one end installed. Plug with exhaust valve, the other end is connected to the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump, inject water into the pipe, discharge the air, close the exhaust valve, then slowly increase the pressure to the specified test pressure value, maintain the pressure for 5min, check Condition of appearance, whether there is leakage. Abnormal failure forms such as damage appear. Qualified product requirements do not allow abnormal failure modes such as signs of leakage or damage.
